History
Karmic Soup formed by members of the Inside Out Music Project, for people struggling with mental health management, run by local charity.
When the project lost funding in 2022, we continued making music together and in January 2023 performed a selection of covers and original songs during a fund raising charity at St. Peter's on the Waterfront in Ipswich.
Lyrically our songs speak frankly and sometimes brutally about mental health issues that effect millions. We have battled our own personal difficulties with regard to mental health management. But find great solace and reward in creating and performing our own original music.
